Four Vehicles Recovered as Car Fraud Racket Uncovered in Guwahati

The accused posed as a Cluster Head of HSBC Bank, renting multiple vehicles under the pretense of official bank use and subsequently selling them fraudulently as bank-auctioned assets to third parties.
