Reliance Jio Infocomm, India’s largest wireless operator, is nearing the filing of draft papers for its much-anticipated initial public offering (IPO), which is expected to be valued at around $4 billion, according to reports. The proposed listing, once launched, could rank among the biggest public issues in India’s stock market history. The filing may take place ahead of Reliance Industries Chairman Mukesh Ambani’s address at the company’s annual general meeting scheduled for June 19.
