Bihu Troupe in Fatal Crash in Assam; One Killed, 11 Others Injured

A young Bihu dancer was killed, and 11 other members of a Bihu troupe were injured after the vehicle they were traveling in collided with a trailer truck in Assam’s Tamulpur on Friday night. Five of the injured are said to be in a critical condition. The deceased has been identified as 25-year-old Nishamoni Haloi, a resident of Niz Jhargaon under Naokata in Tamulpur district.
