On Wednesday evening, Chief Minister Dr. Himanta Biswa Sarma inaugurated the Dinesh Goswami Flyover in Guwahati's Bharalumukh area, aimed at alleviating traffic congestion. This 1.05-kilometer flyover, constructed at a cost of Rs. 99 crores through collaboration between state and central governments, facilitates uninterrupted vehicle movement over a railway line, enhances safety by reducing accidents at railway crossings, and eases traffic at a critical intersection.
