The Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship (MSDE) on Monday signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Wadhwani Foundation to deliver comprehensive employability and life-skills modules for adolescent girls under Project NAVYA. The programme is jointly implemented by MSDE and the Ministry of Women and Child Development (MWCD). The collaboration aims to move beyond traditional vocational training by embedding workplace safety, financial skills and critical life competencies into the learning journey of adolescent girls.
