Tata Motors and Tata Power Renewable Energy Limited have signed a Power Purchase Agreement to develop a 12MWp solar project at their Pune commercial vehicle manufacturing facility. The project is expected to generate 17.5 million units of electricity annually, meeting 17.2% of the annualized requirement and potentially mitigating over 12400 tonnes/kWh of carbon emissions.
