Silver futures upgrade to ₹1,13,168/kg

New Delhi, Silver prices rose by Rs 116 to Rs 1,13,168 per kg in futures trade on Monday as participants increased their deals. At the Multi Commodity Exchange, silver contracts for September delivery rose by Rs 116, or 0.1 percent, to Rs 1,13,168 per kg in a business turnover of 16,021 lots. Analysts said fresh deals by participants led to the rise in silver prices. Globally, silver was trading 0.16 percent higher at $38.42 an ounce in New York.

Bank of Baroda Q1 results: Net profit upgrade 2% to ₹4,541 crore; marginal decline in net profit

Bank of Baroda on Friday, July 25, reported a 1.8% rise in its standalone net profit for the April to June quarter of FY26 at ₹4,541 crore as against ₹4,458 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal. However, the public sector bank's net interest income (NII) declined 1.4% year-on-year to ₹11,435 crore as against ₹11,600 crore in Q1 FY25. Zinc futures prices upgrade on high demand
