OPPO enters premium smart phone race with Find X10 series, flagship priced at Rs 1.99 lakh

OPPO India has strengthened its position in the premium consumer electronics segment with the launch of the Find X10 series, featuring advanced imaging, AI-powered software and high-performance hardware. The lineup comprises the Find X10, starting at Rs 1,39,999, and the flagship Find X10 Pro Max, priced at up to Rs 1,99,999.

The Find X10 offers a dual 200MP camera system, while the Pro Max features a triple 200MP camera setup co-developed with Hasselblad. Both smartphones introduce Color OS 17 and batteries of up to 8,000m Ah. The Pro Max is powered by Media Tek’s 2nm Dimensity 9600 Pro processor, positioning it in the ultra-premium smartphone category.

OPPO has simultaneously expanded its ecosystem with the Pad Mini tablet at Rs 94,999, Enco X4 earbuds at Rs 19,999, a 10,000m Ah power bank at Rs 2,199 and a Hasselblad Teleconverter Kit at Rs 24,999. Promotional offers include cashback and exchange benefits of up to Rs 38,000, EMI facilities, bank-card cashback and complimentary gifts, subject to conditions.

The launch gives premium electronics retailers in Kolkata another high-value smartphone offering, targeting affluent consumers, photography enthusiasts and content creators. However, the steep pricing could restrict volumes, making exchange schemes, financing options and bundled accessories important conversion drivers. Demand will depend on consumers’ willingness to pay for advanced cameras, AI features and connected devices.

OPPO’s strategy combines flagship hardware with ecosystem expansion to encourage customers to adopt multiple products, although actual market performance will depend on pricing competitiveness and consumer response.
