HP govt to launch scheme to financially assist widows, single women for constructing houses: CM

Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu, the chief minister of Himachal Pradesh, announced on Wednesday that the state government's "Mukhyamantri Vidhwa Evam Ekal Nari Awas Yojna"—a programme to give eligible widows and single women financial aid for the construction of homes—would soon be launched.
