In a horrifying incident, a man has been accused of attempting to rape his own daughter. The incident surfaced from the Patan Tea Garden area near Simulbari. Based on the complaint lodged by the victim, the Siliguri Women’s Police arrested the accused on Sunday night.According to police sources, an elephant entered the aforementioned tea garden, 3 days ago. After a long period Siliguri Iskcon Mandir reopened

After a long period of 6 months, Siliguri Iskcon Mandir reopened yesterday following all government protocols and safety measures. The public relations officer of Iskcon Mandir, Namkrishna Das, stated that from now on, the temple will remain open from 4 pm to 7 pm every day. However, only 10-15 visitors will be allowed to enter the temple at a time and must leave the premises within the specified time. No one will be allowed to roam around the temple premises unnecessarily.
