Chief Minister Sarbananda Sonowal thanked Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Union Railway Minister Piyush Goyal on the commencement of operation of bi-weekly Rajdhani Express via the Bogibeel Bridge from Monday. In a statement, the Chief Minister said that a new era of rail communication began as the bi-weekly Rajdhani Express, connecting the region with New Delhi, started its operation through Bogibeel Bridge from Monday. He expressed gratitude to Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Union Railway Minister Piyush Goyal for strengthening rail network in the north eastern region.

Report Says That 58 Percent Young Women Face Online Abuse, Harassment
