The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) will announce the exam schedule for Class 10 and Class 12 on February 2, Union Education Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal 'Nishank' informed on Thursday during a live interaction with school heads. The education minister held the live session to discuss changes to be incorporated in the CBSE curriculum to bring it in line with the National Education Policy 2020 from the 2021-22 academic session. Teachers of government colleges in Manipur on Thursday staged a sit-in-protest to resume their suspended agitations demanding implementation of 7th UGC Pay and Regulations, 2018. Sikkim chief minister Prem Singh Tamang on Monday inaugurated the first of its kind ‘Child Empowerment Centre’ at Poklok in Denchung.
