The National Investigation Agency (NIA) on Friday captured its previous Superintendent of Police (SP) and IPS official Arvind Digvijay Negi as they were purportedly releasing mystery records to an over ground laborer of the prohibited Lashkar-e-Taiba dread gathering. The case relates to the spread of organization of over ground laborers (OGWs) of the restricted Laskhar-e-Taiba (LeT) for offering help in arranging and execution of psychological oppressor exercises in India.
