TKM records 175% of growth in sales in February 2023

Toyota Kirloskar Motor (TKM) continues to post sales growth as the company today announced that its wholesales stood at 15,338 units for the month of February 2023. The significant gain stood 175% higher over the month of February of last year, where the company had sold 8745 units. The month of February 2023 also saw a 120% growth over the sale achieved in January 2023 where TKM sold 12,835 units. India wants smartphone makers to allow removal of pre-installed apps

Indian government is in a way of planning to force smartphone companies to permit uninstalling of pre-installed applications and ordered screening of major operating system updates under proposed new security rules. “Pre-installed apps can be a weak security point and we want to ensure no foreign nations, including China, are exploiting it.
