Debolal Gorlosa, the Chief Executive Member (CEM) of the North Cachar Hills Autonomous Council (NCHAC), officially opened two recently installed borewell-based water tank projects, a major step toward resolving the drinking water crisis in Haflong, the sole hill station in Assam.
