Senior Congress leaders Gaurav Gogoi, Bhupesh Baghel, and Jitendra Singh have been summoned to appear before the court on March 9 due to a Rs 500 crore defamation lawsuit initiated by Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma.
