Tata Motors, India’s leading commercial vehicle manufacturer, inaugurated its eighth Registered Vehicle Scrapping Facility (RVSF) in Kolkata today, marking a major step towards sustainable mobility. The state-of-the-art facility, named Re.Wi.Re – Recycle with Respect, can dismantle up to 21,000 end-of-life vehicles annually and will be operated by Selladale Synergies India Pvt. Ltd. The facility was inaugurated in the presence of West Bengal Transport Minister Snehasis Chakraborty, Urban Development Minister Firhad Hakim (virtually), and senior Tata Motors officials.
