Reliance Industries Limited (RIL) and Meta Platforms have announced a partnership to develop an AI-enabled data centre in Jamnagar, Gujarat, marking a major step in India's growing role as a global hub for artificial intelligence infrastructure. Under the agreement, RIL will develop a 168 MW built-to-suit data centre for Meta, with the project expected to be delivered within two years and an option for future expansion.
