The event is being organized by the National Design Centre (NDC) in collaboration with the Development Commissioner (Handlooms), Ministry of Textiles, Government of India. Tractors and Farm Equipment Limited (TAFE) has achieved a significant legal victory in its ongoing dispute over the ownership rights of the Massey Ferguson brand. The Hon’ble Madras High Court granted TAFE an interim injunction against AGCO's subsidiary, Massey Ferguson Corporation, affirming that the Massey Ferguson trademarks are distinctively owned by TAFE in India.
