Will the cyclone disaster bring rain in the coming days?

According to meteorological sources, the formation of cyclones before the onset of monsoon is not unusual The longest-running cyclone in India’s history is “Vipaya” whose effects are likely to be felt for several more days along the western coast of Gujarat and many parts of adjoining Rajasthan.

Meteorologists are expecting monsoon rains to end the cyclonic storm which has been prevailing for about fifteen days in the Arabian Sea. Generally Monsoon comes from southwest direction and then moves to rest of the country but which is providing heavy rainfall activity in Indian subcontinent at this time of the year.
