Toyota Kirloskar Motor (TKM) has been awarded two National Awards for Export Excellence by the Engineering Export Promotion Council (EEPC) of India. The awards were presented at the 52nd and 53rd editions of the Awards event held in New Delhi on November 21st, 2023.
The awards were presented to TKM for its outstanding export performance in the engineering sector. The ceremony was organized by the Engineering Export Promotion Council (EEPC) of India and was attended by Shri Manoj Sinha, the Hon’ble Lieutenant Governor of Jammu & Kashmir.
TKM’s Vice President- Finance, Indirect Taxation & Impex Division, Shri Arun Velayudhan, received the awards on behalf of the company. TKM was praised for its exemplary performance in the export domain, receiving the Special Trophy for Excellence in Exports of MEIS Items 2015-20, Large Enterprise, and the Star Performer Award for the Year 2020-21 in the product group of Engines, turbines, and parts – Large Enterprise category. Mr. Swapnesh R. Maru, Executive Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer at TKM, expressed his pride and joy in receiving the Export Excellence awards.
