Škoda Auto India has expanded its nationwide network to over 350 customer touchpoints across 193 cities, marking an increase of nearly 85% since 2021. The company achieved the milestone on October 30, 2026, with the inauguration of its 350th touchpoint in Imphal, marking its entry into Manipur.
The network has grown from 191 touchpoints in 2021 to 325 in 2025 and over 350 in October 2026. Supported by 79 dealer partners, it spans 29 states and Union Territories, comprising 270 sales and 203 aftersales touchpoints. Between January 2025 and October 2026, the company added 58 showrooms across 38 new cities and 45 workshops across 34 new cities.
Ashish Gupta, Brand Director, Škoda Auto India, said the expansion reflected the company’s commitment to improving customer access and delivering consistent sales and aftersales experiences. New outlets contributed over 25% of the brand’s overall sales between January and October 2026.
In Guwahati, the expansion could strengthen access to Škoda vehicles and aftersales services across Northeast India. The company said it has the widest geographical coverage among Volkswagen Group brands in the region. Its entry into Imphal and presence in Jorhat in 2026 reflect efforts to tap emerging markets beyond major metropolitan centres.
The brand’s dealer network also ranked first for dealership customer experience in the CarPhD survey, covering 16 cities, 18 automotive brands and 88,000 customer reviews. Its customer initiatives include Škoda Super Care and Express Care services.
