London-based consumer technology brand Nothing has announced the commencement of sales for its new Phone (4b), marking the debut of its new (b) smartphone series aimed at making the company’s ecosystem more accessible to consumers. The smartphone will be available for purchase from July 14 through Flipkart and leading retail chains, including Croma, Reliance Digital and Vijay Sales.
The Nothing Phone (4b) is priced at an effective ₹29,999 for the 8GB + 128GB variant and ₹33,699 for the 8GB + 256GB model, inclusive of a 7.5 per cent instant bank discount and exchange bonus. The device is available in Black, White and Blue colour options.
Building on the success of the Phone (4a) series, the Phone (4b) retains Nothing’s transparent design language and Glyph Interface while introducing the Snapdragon 6 Gen 4 mobile platform, a 6,000mAh battery, a 50MP OIS main camera with the TrueLens Engine 4, and a 6.77-inch 120Hz Super AMOLED display offering up to 2,000 nits of peak brightness. The smartphone also runs Nothing OS 4.1 based on Android 16 and includes native Essential AI tools along with up to six years of security updates.
In Kolkata, the launch is expected to strengthen Nothing’s presence in eastern India, where demand for premium mid-range smartphones has been growing steadily. With availability through major offline retail chains alongside Flipkart, the company is likely to benefit from increased consumer interest during the upcoming festive shopping season, as buyers seek feature-rich devices in the sub-₹35,000 segment.
