Calcutta Tramways Company (CTC) which later became West Bengal Transport Corporation (WBTC) 1902 started in electric tramway in India. But even before that Kolkata used to have Horse-drawn trams. On Friday afternoon, a fake doctor was arrested from a private chamber near Kalyani station in Nadia for allegedly posing as a professor at SSKM Hospital.
