West Bengal BJP leader Dilip Ghosh has demanded the postponement of the Bhabanipur bypoll. The BJP has pitted Priyanka Tibrewal against Trinamool Congress (TMC) chief Mamata Banerjee in the September 30 bye-election crucial for her to retain her chief ministership.
