On Monday, Assam SEBA HSLC declared Assam Board class 10 students results, 2023. A report came of a student who failed to pass in the HSLC examinations have jumped into the river and ends her life. On Monday, The Assam Board of Secondary Education (SEBA) released the Class 10, HSLC examination results. Now, some sources circulated news about Assam HS result to be released today. Six ethnic communities from Assam were demanding ST status since few months in the state. The communities were the tea tribes, Chutia, Koch-Rajbongshi, Matak, Moran, and Tai-Ahom. Another Assam Govt officer arrested in bribery case

As Assam Anti-Corruption wing are in an operation since last few months to end corruption in the state. Many govt. officials are caught red handed accepting bribe from the needy. Now, Minakshi Kakoti Kalita, an Assistant Commissioner of State Tax, was caught red handed in a trap laid by officers of the Directorate of Vigilance and Anti-Corruption worth more than Rs. 65 lakhs was recovered. Report says that the Govt officer was demanding bribe from a person for some GST related work. Later the anti-corruption team raided the officer house and recovered cash of Rs 65,37,500.

Assam Govt inks MoU to connect 7 religious places on Brahmaputra

On Friday, Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed between Inland Waterways Authority of India, Ministry of Ports, Shipping and Waterways, Govt of India, Sagarmala Development Company Limited (SDCL), Assam Tourism Development Corp. A FIR for sexual harassment was filed against swimming Coach Mrinal Basumatary by Athletes of the SAI Training Centre. Defamation Case filed against Assam Chief Minister

A Congress leader has filed a defamation case against Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma in Uttarakhand Court.
