The Uttar Pradesh Government has in an affidavit filed before the Supreme Court on Friday denied the allegations that Vikas Dubey was killed in a "fake" encounter. The court had on July 14 while hearing two PILs seeking a court-monitored probe into the "encounter" killing of Dubey and his aides allowed UP Police to place its views before the court.
