Odisha reports 591 new cases

A total of 86 fatalities have been recorded in the state due to coronavirus. With a spike of 34,884 cases and 671 deaths reported in India in the last 24 hours. according to the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, the total number of positive cases reached 10,38,716 on Saturday, according to the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare. Suspension of flights arriving at Kolkata

The Kolkata airport authorities on Friday extended the suspension of flights arriving from six affected cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Pune, Chennai, Nagpur and Ahmedabad) till July 31 as coronavirus cases continue to surge in the country and state. Bengal’s Covid-19 tally reached 38,011 on Friday after it reported a record single-day spike of 1,894 cases, while the toll jumped to 1,049 with 26 more deaths. The state now has 14,709 active Covid-19 cases, it said.
