At least three rockets hit near the presidential palace on Tuesday shortly before Afghan President Ashraf Ghani was to give an address to mark the Muslim holiday of Eid-al-Adha. Jaigaon police arrest two with brown sugar

The Jaigaon police arrested two people with brown Sugar. The arrested accused have been identified as Rakesh Prasad and Bishal Sharma. They were produced at the court today.
