Vice President M Venkaiah Naidu has tested positive for covid. He will not be able to participate in Republic Day celebration.This is the second time he got infected with the virus. “Vice President M Venkaiah Naidu, who is in Hyderabad, tested COVID positive today. He has decided to remain in self-isolation for a week. He has advised all those who came in contact with him to isolate themselves and get tested," the Vice President Secretariat tweeted.

Delhi Police arrested an 18-year-old man, Rahul Kapoor in connection with a chat on the Clubhouse app in which he used abusive comments against women. Police said that a team was sent to Lucknow to arrest the victim. Kapoor claims that he created an audio chat room on Clubhouse on the instructions of a person, he identified as 'Sallos'. The officer said Kapoor also told the team that he handed over the chat room's moderator key to 'Sallos'. The 18-year-old's mobile phone has been seized and he will be joining investigations. Two Indians killed in a suspected Houthi drone attacks near Abu Dhabi airport. According to the reports, the two Indians were among six injured in the attacks.
