The order, issued by the Department of Telecommunications (DoT) under the Ministry of Communications, was circulated on September 2 and requires compliance within 30 days. Guarseed futures prices upgrade on spot demand

New Delhi: Guarseed prices rose by Rs 8 to Rs 5,203 per quintal in futures trade on Wednesday as speculators increased their bets amid a firm trend in the spot market. On the National Commodity and Derivatives Exchange (NCDEX), the price of guarseed contract for October delivery rose by Rs 8, or 0.15 per cent, to Rs 5,203 per quintal in a business turnover of 46,225 lots. According to market sources, guarseed prices rose due to speculators increasing their bets, a firm trend in the spot market and lower supplies from producing regions.
