A nationwide survey conducted by TATA AIG General Insurance has revealed a worrying trend of younger Indians facing serious heart conditions. According to responses from nearly 300 cardiologists, 74% reported that a majority of their heart patients are under the age of 50, with 36% in the 31–40 age group and 38% aged 41–50. Stress, unhealthy diets, and sedentary lifestyles were identified as key drivers. The survey also highlighted alarming patient behavior.
