Oil Marketing Companies (OMCs) including IndianOil, Bharat Petroleum, and Hindustan Petroleum are prioritizing household LPG supply, ensuring a stable and adequate flow despite global energy market fluctuations. Currently, approximately 80% of LPG refill bookings are made digitally, enhancing delivery efficiency. To combat black marketing and hoarding, over 700 inspections of LPG distributors have been conducted by Indian Oil in coordination with the Assam Government, leading to actions against around 18 distributors.
