TVS Motor launches premium retail channel TVS Paddock to elevate ownership experience

TVS Motor Company has announced the launch of TVS Paddock, an exclusive retail channel dedicated to its premium motorcycle portfolio, as the company seeks to strengthen its presence in India’s fast-growing premium mobility segment. The new retail ecosystem aims to provide customers with a bespoke ownership journey by combining immersive brand experiences, personalised consultations, specialised service capabilities and enhanced aftersales support under a single platform. The initiative marks a key milestone in TVS Motor’s premium mobility strategy and reflects changing consumer preferences for personalised and experience-driven products.

TVS Motor said the new retail philosophy brings together motorcycles, community engagement, merchandise, accessories, customisation options and brand experiences under one roof. Designed by London-based retail design agency Checkland Kindleysides, the network has been developed to offer a seamless customer journey from product discovery to long-term ownership. Announcing the initiative, TVS Motor Company Chairman Sudarshan Venu said premium motorcycle customers are increasingly seeking deeper engagement, communities and personalised experiences. He said TVS Paddock is aimed at redefining premium ownership through innovation, customisation and immersive customer interactions.

TVS Paddock will feature dedicated consultation and customisation zones, premium community spaces, digital retail solutions, specialised service facilities and immersive merchandise experiences. The company said the retail network is inspired by its philosophy of precision performance and engineering mastery, rooted in over four decades of motorsport heritage. In Guwahati, the launch is expected to strengthen interest in premium motorcycles among affluent buyers and enthusiasts in Northeast India. Industry observers believe enhanced retail experiences, community engagement and customisation options could help accelerate demand for premium two-wheelers in the region as consumer aspirations continue to evolve. TVS Paddock is scheduled to be rolled out in the second quarter of FY27 through an exclusive premium retail network across key markets.
