On November 4, S. D. Dhaka, the principal secretary to Sikkim Chief Minister Prem Singh Tamang, officially opened two new nursing and pharmacy schools under the Medhavi Skills University (MSU). "Empowering Dreams and Building Futures for Viksit Bharat" was the theme under which the colleges were founded.
