Foreign Secretary Harsh Vardhan Shringla has arrived in Dhaka on Tuesday morning for a two-day visit ahead of President Ramnath Kovind’s state visit to Bangladesh from 15-17 December. This will be the first visit by the 14th President of India to Bangladesh. Shringla's trip will focus on the preparation of President Ramnath Kovind's itinerary in Dhaka besides discussions on a host of development and cross-border projects, including health cooperation as well as regional developments, sources mentioned.
