On November 4, N.B. Dahal, the Minister of Roads and Bridges of Sikkim, announced significant infrastructural improvements in Rabongla, the state's tourism hotspot. BiPaSa (Bijuli, Pani, Sadak), the initiative of Chief Minister Prem Singh Tamang, served as the inspiration for the announcement.
