Shyam Metalics has launched ‘Shakti Ek, Roop Anek’, a Durga Puja campaign celebrating hope, cultural heritage and community care through immersive installations and social initiatives across Kolkata.
Rooted in the values of Shakti, Suraksha and Samvedana, the campaign focuses on three themes: Ummeed (hope), Yaadein (memories) and Sukoon (comfort and care). Its key attractions include the Wall of Shakti, featuring a Maa Durga structure crafted using SEL Tiger TMT Bars, where visitors can share wishes, with the company pledging to fulfil selected aspirations under its “Sapne Pure Honge” initiative.
The Shakti Tunnel will showcase Bengal’s art and culture through interactive visuals and selfie experiences. Shakti Booths will provide resting spaces for Bengal Police personnel deployed during the festive season, while visitors can leave appreciation messages for them.
The principal installations will be featured at Mudiali Club, New Town Sarbojanin Durgotsab Samiti and Tala Barowari Durgotsab Samiti. Shakti Booths will also be established at 30 Durga Puja pandals across Bengal.
In Guwahati, the campaign offers an example of how brands can connect with consumers through cultural celebrations, community engagement and social responsibility. Such initiatives could provide opportunities for businesses in Assam to strengthen local connections during major festivals.
Shyam Metalics Director Sumit Chakraborty and COO Nirmal Uday said the initiative aims to make Durga Puja more inclusive and meaningful by combining cultural celebration with practical community support.
