Xiaomi India has launched the REDMI Note 17 Pro Series, comprising the REDMI Note 17 Pro and REDMI Note 17 Pro Max, targeting consumers seeking higher battery endurance, durability, imaging and performance in the mid-range smartphone segment.The REDMI Note 17 Pro Max features a 10,000mAh silicon-carbon battery with 100W Xiaomi Hyper Charge, while the Pro packs a 9,000mAh battery with 67W Hyper Charge. Both models support wired reverse charging and come with their respective charging adapters in the box. The smartphones also carry SGS and TÜV Double Five-Star Quality Certifications, Corning Gorilla Victus 2 protection and IP66, IP68, IP69 and IP69K ratings under Xiaomi’s Titan Quality standard.
Both devices feature a 6.83-inch 1.5K AMOLED Super Sunlight Display with 3,500 nits peak brightness, 120Hz refresh rate and TÜV Triple Eye Protection. The Pro Max includes a 50MP OIS main camera, while the Pro gets a 50MP OIS primary camera. In Guwahati, the launch adds another option in the increasingly competitive mid-range segment, particularly for consumers prioritising battery life, durability, 5G connectivity and camera capabilities.
The REDMI Note 17 Pro 5G goes on sale from September 17 and the Pro Max 5G from September 23 through mi.com, Amazon.in and Xiaomi Retail. Launch offers include up to ₹5,000 instant bank discount or eligible cashback, along with bundled digital benefits.
