PAN Health scales up manufacturing and innovation to strengthen hygiene market presence

PAN Health, one of India’s leading disposable personal hygiene companies, is accelerating its growth strategy by expanding its product portfolio across baby care, women’s hygiene and adult care while strengthening its manufacturing capabilities under the Government of India’s ‘Make in India’ initiative. The company said it is leveraging its flagship brands—Little Angel, Everteen and Liberty—to address evolving consumer demand for affordable, high-quality hygiene products across every stage of life.

A key driver of the company’s expansion is its manufacturing facility in Rajkot, Gujarat, described by PAN Health as India’s largest disposable personal hygiene manufacturing campus. Established in 2017, the 30-acre facility, with over 700,000 sq. ft. of infrastructure, produces more than 3.7 billion hygiene products annually using advanced automation, stringent quality control systems and globally recognised certifications. PAN Health is also expanding Little Angel beyond diapers and wipes into premium baby feeding and bath care products, while strengthening Everteen with premium sanitary pads, period panties, panty liners and other women’s hygiene innovations. CEO and Managing Director Chirag Pan said the company remains committed to building world-class hygiene products that are affordable, accessible and proudly manufactured in India, while investing in technology, research and development and manufacturing excellence to support both domestic and global markets. PAN Health also continues to promote hygiene awareness through initiatives such as Smile Matters, Period Ki Pathshala, menstrual hygiene education programmes and sanitary pad distribution drives.

In Kolkata, PAN Health’s expansion is expected to strengthen its presence in eastern India, where rising consumer awareness, increasing disposable incomes and growing demand for premium baby care and women’s hygiene products are creating fresh business opportunities. Industry observers believe the company’s local manufacturing focus and wider product portfolio could help deepen market penetration, intensify competition and support the growing preference for quality, India-made personal hygiene solutions in the region.
