Narayana Schools shine in CBSE Class XII results, 27 students score above 97%

Narayana Schools has once again posted an impressive performance in the CBSE Class XII Board Examinations 2026, reaffirming its academic strength across West Bengal. A total of 2,144 students from the institution appeared for the examinations, with the schools recording an overall pass percentage of 95.4 per cent. The institution said 27 students secured 97 per cent and above, reflecting consistent academic excellence and strong student performance. Among the top achievers from Narayana Group of Schools, West Bengal, Sharanya Majumder secured 98 per cent, Olivia Mondal scored 97.8 per cent, while Purbasha Chakraborty, Krishanu Das and MD Zyed secured 97.6 per cent each. Sanvi Agarwal emerged as the Commerce topper with 96.6 per cent.

At the national level, Narayana Educational Institutions also reported strong results, with Bhumija N. scoring 98.8 per cent. The institution further stated that 197 students secured 95 per cent and above, while 1,019 students scored above 90 per cent and 3,366 students achieved more than 80 per cent marks. Priyanka Mukherjee, CEO of Narayana Group of Schools, West Bengal, said the results reflected the dedication of students and faculty members and highlighted the institution’s focus on mentorship, conceptual clarity and personalised learning.

The strong academic performance is expected to further strengthen Kolkata’s competitive education sector, where demand for quality CBSE schooling and result-oriented institutions continues to rise. Education experts say consistent board examination results play a key role in influencing parent preferences and student enrolments across the Kolkata market, especially in the senior secondary segment.
