Injecto Polymers Limited, a manufacturer of polymer-based packaging solutions, will open its ₹56.12 crore Initial Public Offering (IPO) for subscription on September 11, with the issue closing on September 16. The equity shares are proposed to be listed on the BSE SME platform on September 21, subject to approvals and market conditions.
The IPO comprises a fresh issue of 56.12 lakh equity shares at a price band of ₹98-₹100 per share. The Anchor Book will open on September 10. The minimum retail application at the upper price band involves 2,400 shares, requiring an investment of ₹2.40 lakh, while the minimum HNI application of 3,600 shares entails ₹3.60 lakh.
Injecto Polymers reported revenue growth from ₹109.05 crore in FY2024 to ₹375.53 crore in FY2026. EBITDA rose from ₹12.35 crore to ₹38.04 crore, while PAT increased from ₹4.44 crore to ₹16.01 crore over the same period.
With two manufacturing facilities in West Bengal, the company has an established operational base in the region. Its rising manufacturing contribution and planned capacity expansion could strengthen its position in the polymer packaging market, supporting demand from industrial and consumer segments across eastern India.
The company had installed capacity of 10,870 MT per annum in FY2026, operating at 95.29% utilisation. Phase III expansion of 2,400 MT is underway, while the proposed Phase IV expansion of 4,800 MT will be funded partly through IPO proceeds.
