Duster returns with Adventure Edition, priced from ₹12.99 lakh

Renault India has launched the Duster Adventure Edition, a special edition of its iconic SUV, with introductory prices starting at ₹12.99 lakh (ex-showroom). The launch marks a tribute to the Duster’s legacy in India, where the SUV gained popularity for its ride quality, handling and capability across challenging terrains.The Adventure Edition was unveiled on Bastille Day by French Ambassador to India Thierry Mathou and Renault Group India CEO Stéphane Deblaise. The company said the edition celebrates the enduring association of the Duster with adventure and long-distance travel, reflecting its French engineering heritage and popularity among Indian customers.

Available in Turbo TCe 100 MT, Turbo TCe 160 MT and Turbo TCe 160 DCT variants, the special edition is priced at ₹12.99 lakh, ₹13.99 lakh and ₹15.39 lakh (all ex-showroom), respectively. It features exclusive Adventure decals with topographical contour lines and the geographical coordinates of Leh, along with Adventure embellishers and premium floor mats inspired by the SUV’s off-road heritage. The vehicle also comes equipped with full LED headlamps, an electric panoramic sunroof, an electric powered tailgate, connected car technology through the My Renault app, dual-zone automatic climate control, a 10.1-inch openR link multimedia system and 17-inch alloy wheels.

Speaking at the launch, Stéphane Deblaise said the Duster had earned a unique place in the lives of customers over the years, and the Adventure Edition recognises the memories and journeys associated with the iconic nameplate. The launch is expected to strengthen Renault’s position in Guwahati and the wider Northeast, where demand for SUVs remains robust due to diverse road conditions and growing preference for premium utility vehicles. The Duster’s established reputation for handling difficult terrain could help the Adventure Edition attract buyers seeking lifestyle-oriented SUVs, while also intensifying competition in the mid-size SUV segment across the region.
