Dreame expands robotic vacuum range in India with affordable L50 series

Dreame Technology has expanded its smart home portfolio in India with the launch of two new robotic vacuum cleaners—the Dreame L50 Plus and Dreame L50—targeting consumers seeking advanced home cleaning solutions at competitive prices. The products are priced at Rs 34,999 and Rs 27,999, respectively, and are available from July 6 through Amazon India and the company’s official website. The new L50 Series features Dreame’s 25,000Pa Vormax™ suction technology, dual-rotary mop pads with MopExtend™ technology, and a 10.5mm intelligent mop lift that automatically raises the mop pads while cleaning carpets. The devices also offer intelligent navigation, obstacle avoidance, anti-tangle brush technology, app-based controls, long battery life, and customizable vacuuming and mopping functions designed to simplify household cleaning.

Managing Director of Dreame India Manu Sharma said the company aims to make intelligent home cleaning more accessible as demand for smart living solutions continues to grow in India. He said the L50 series combines category-leading suction power, intelligent mopping and automation to set a new benchmark in its price segment. The premium L50 Plus offers up to 120 days of hands-free dust collection through a 5-litre dust bag, Smart Pathfinder™ navigation, 2-in-1 vacuuming and mopping, and advanced obstacle avoidance. The L50, meanwhile, features LDS laser navigation, ultrasonic carpet recognition, a 5,200mAh battery delivering up to 250 minutes of runtime, smart app controls, and anti-tangle technology designed for pet-friendly homes.

In Kolkata, the launch is expected to strengthen the city’s growing smart home appliances segment, driven by rising urbanisation, increasing adoption of connected devices and greater consumer preference for automated household solutions. Competitive pricing could further accelerate demand among technology-conscious households and young professionals in the eastern market. Both models come with a one-year warranty and are supported by Dreame’s after-sales network across more than 160 cities, including pick-up, drop and installation support in eligible locations. Founded in 2017, Dreame entered the Indian market in late 2023 and says it has already secured the second position in India’s robot vacuum category.
