The Sikkim Krantikari Morcha (SKM) has announced Aditya Golay, son of Chief Minister Prem Singh Tamang, and senior party leader Satish Chandra Rai as candidates for the upcoming bypolls in Soreng Chakung and Namchi Singhithang constituencies.
