A top Jamaat-ul-Mujahideen Bangladesh (JMB) terrorist, allegedly involved in the 2018 Bodh Gaya blast case, was arrested from a hideout in Murshidabad district of West Bengal early on Friday, a senior police officer said. A Couple Commits Suicide.

A couple ended their life by consuming pesticide at D. Dharmara village in Ramayampet mandal on late Thursday night. According to Sub- Inspector B Mahender, one M. Vijaya Kumar Reddy and Ruchita loved each other and got married, they had two children. However, Mr. Reddy’s parents did not like it and constantly heckled them. Unable to cope with it the couple decided to end their life. Police registered a case and are investigating. The sources also said that the harassment threats given by man's father was also too brutal.

Ajit Jogi, the first chief minister of Chhattisgarh, passed away on Friday at the age of 74. His son Amit Jogi made the announcement on Twitter. “Not only me but Chhattisgarh has lost his father.
