Andhra Pradesh chief minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy on Wednesday launched yet another dole scheme under which financial assistance of Rs 15,000 will be given to women of Kapu community in the age group of 45-60. Delhi Crosses 70,000 Coronavirus Cases

New Delhi: Delhi reported 3,788 new coronavirus cases over the past 24 hours, government data showed Wednesday evening, taking the total number of cases in the national capital to 70,390. Over the same 24 hours 64 deaths were linked to the infectious virus, taking the total number of deaths to 2,365. This translates to a mortality rate of 3.35 per cent, which is marginally higher than the national rate of 3.17 per cent. Dubai: An Indian businessman and his wife were brutally murdered by a Pakistani man inside their villa in Dubai during a break-in and robbery bid, according to a media report. The US has accused India's national carrier of "discriminatory practices" and curbed repatriation flights it was operating both to and from the country.
