In a horrifying incident, a 43-year-old man allegedly murdered his 40-year-old wife by stabbing her multiple times with scissors at their residence in New Ashok Nagar locality of Punjab’s Ludhiana. The incident took place within the territorial limits of Salem Tabri Police Station. The accused identified as Avtar Singh, a carpenter by profession, stabbed his wife Jasveer Kaur in neck, chest and stomach with scissors and fled the spot.
