4-hr shutdown in Moreh to protest against blast

A 24-hour total shutdown imposed by civil societies in protest against the blast hit normal life in Moreh, Manipur on Sunday. A hand grenade suspected to have been lobbed by militants rocked the border town on Saturday night.
