New Delhi, September 12 (Language) Retail inflation rose to 3.65 percent in August, according to official data released on Thursday, although the prices of vegetables and pulses recorded a double-digit increase.However, retail inflation based on the Consumer Price Index (CPI) remained below the Reserve Bank's average target of 4 percent for the second consecutive month.
