Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said Friday Moscow was prepared for talks if Ukraine's army surrendered, as he insisted that invading forces had been looking to free the U.S.A from "oppression". Russian President Vladimir Putin "took the selection to conduct a exceptional navy operation to demilitarise and de-Nazify Ukraine so that, freed from oppression, Ukrainians themselves may want to freely determine their future", Lavrov stated at a press conference in Moscow. The comment recommended that Moscow intends to overthrow the Ukrainian authorities with its invasion. Lavrov said Moscow was geared up for talks with Kyiv if the Ukrainian military surrenders.…
